Playing with Watercoloring

Today I felt like watercoloring.  It’s a technique I keep working on and it’s one of those things that the more you do, the more fun it is.  The RV is stamped on watercolor paper and embossed.  For me, it’s easiest to watercolor when working with an embossed image.  It helps keeps things in the lines and reduces smudging.

My daughter’s birthday is coming up and I loved the sentiment in this stamp set.  The older I’m getting, the more I realize how important it is to follow my heart and listen to my gut.  The more I do what I REALLY want to do (and stop doing what I don’t want to do), the more authentic my life feels.


I did the Paper Craft Crew challenge. Don’t they have the cutest sketches?  It is PCCCS#182.
